BKNIX and JPIX Announce First Global and Neutral IX Collaboration point at Telehouse Bangkok


BKNIX, the Bangkok Neutral Internet Exchange in Thailand, and JPIX, the Japanese Internet Xing, are proud to announce the establishment of a new Point of Presence (PoP) at Telehouse Bangkok, a world-leading data center service provider. Telehouse Bangkok, a purpose-built, carrier-neutral interconnection data center operated by Telehouse Thailand, has proudly welcomed BKNIX and JPIX as its first neutral Internet Exchange partners. This development opens up new possibilities for organizations seeking secure collocation and seamless connectivity to the internet.

The recently inaugurated BKNIX Point of Presence (PoP) marks a pioneering milestone as the inaugural Internet Exchange Point (IXP) at Telehouse Bangkok. This addition enhances the peering environment, fostering seamless, efficient exchange traffic among members. Furthermore, it empowers the peering community not only within Bangkok,but also between Bangkok and Tokyo, thanks to JPIX remote peering service.
